How soon can I place my order?

For most of the products on our website we do require the order be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. There are some products that we can ship with shorter notice. How soon before my event should I schedule my rose petals to arrive?

Fresh Rose Petals: We highly recommend customers schedule their fresh rose petals for delivery 2 days prior to their event (for example: Thursday delivery for a Saturday event).

Freeze Dried Rose Petals: We highly recommend customers schedule the freeze dried rose petals to arrive well in advance of their event. There is no reason to wait to thave the freeze dried rose petals delivered.

Wholesale Flowers and Wedding Flowers: We highly recommend customers schedule their wholesale flowers and wedding flowers for delivery 3 days prior to their event (for example: Wednesday delivery for a Saturday event). (return to top)

How can I receive a catalog?

Is it possible to order samples?

Due to the nature of our farm-direct flower and rose petal programs we are unable to send out samples of our products. We work directly with the flower farms where the products are grown. At no point in time are our products ever warehoused or brokered. They are shipped directly from the flower farms to you. The quantities that we have designated on the website for each product are for shipping purposes. Most of the damage sustained to flowers and rose petals occurs when the products shift while in transit. Our flowers and rose petals are carefully packed at the farm and are packed "snug" in the box so that they don't move. The quantities that we have listed on the website have been determined through years of shipping experience. If you are interested in seeing our products before you place your final order, we do encourage you to order the smallest box of the product of particular interest. (return to top)
