It is through our strategic alliance with outstanding cargo agencies and overnight couriers around the world including FedEx and UPS that The Rose Petal Shop is so successful at shipping rose petals and freeze dried rose petals directly from the flower farms to your door. It is our guarantee that only the finest rose petals and freeze dried rose petals will be shipped to you securely and via the most efficient shipping methods available.   

Deliveries of our fresh rose petals and freeze dried rose petals are available Tuesday through Friday.  Please understand that we cannot offer deliveries for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday due to courier restrictions.

** FRESH ROSE PETALS:

 

We highly recommend that our customers schedule their fresh rose petals to be delivered 2 days prior to their event.

We send all of our fresh rose petals via FedEx Priority Overnight Services.  In most areas these packages will arrive by 10:30am on the desired delivery date.  If you are in a more rural area, please be advised that you may not receive your packages until a little bit later in the day.  (Please contact FedEx to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time for your area.  Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx (1-800-463-3339), providing the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code, and informing them that you are expecting a Priority Overnight Package.) 

Customers should receive an email with their tracking number and estimated time of delivery the day before their rose petals are to be delivered.  Emails containing the tracking numbers are usually sent in the afternoon hours.  We highly recommend our customers or their representatives be present at the time of delivery to accept the packages.  Fresh rose petals are very perishable products and should be cared for properly upon delivery.  Visit our flower care section for proper care instructions for the fresh rose petals.

** FREEZE DRIED ROSE PETALS: 

We highly recommend our customers schedule the freeze dried rose petals for delivery well in advance of their event.  There is no reason to wait to have the freeze dried rose petals delivered. 

The freeze dried rose petals are shipped via UPS Ground Services.  Due to the amazing longevity of the freeze dried rose petals, we are able to ship these products via UPS Ground Services and pass along the savings in shipping to you! 

Due to courier restrictions we cannot ship fresh or freeze dried rose petals to PO Boxes.  Please check your delivery address and zip code to make sure that all shipping information is correct.  There is a $15.00 fee if a change has to be made to the address once the package is in the possession of FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we are limited to only one re-route per package.

** WHOLESALE FLOWERS & WEDDING FLOWERS:

We highly recommend that our customers schedule their wholesale flowers and wedding flowers to be delivered 3 days prior to their event.

At this time we can not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.  Please call 1-888-297-3000 to get the shipping price for these locations. 

Tracking

The day before your products are to arrive you will receive an email from FedEx or UPS with your individual shipment tracking information including estimated delivery time.
